- Development of Installation & HUC Plans, Procedures, Deliverables & Work Management Systems: Demolition & Installation Drawings, Field Verification Participation, Red-Line & Installation drawings, Documents for Operations (DFO), Installation & Operation Manuals (IOM) Updates
- Installation & HUC Cost and Schedule Controls and Management including Reporting
- Support Client’s Pre-Start-Up Safety Review and Audits
- Support Client’s Operation Readiness and Operations Start-Up
- Entire Marine Assets and Marine/Installation Crews Stand-By and Demobilization Management
- Implement proven SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), Quality and project control systems to control and manage the execution of the WORK.
